  Verify your employment. Subscribers can verify employment by providing a copy of the top portion of your most recent pay stub from your current employer, which clearly shows company name and address, your name and address, and date. Attach an electronic copy of your pay stub on the subscription page, or e-mail a copy of your pay stub along with your user e-mail address to info@zethics.com or fax a copy to 888-668-0089. Subscribers can earn 100 reward points each time you verify employment, for a maximum of four (4) times a year (once every three (3) months).
 
  Refer current employees of any U.S. publicly traded company to sign up and verify employment. Each referral that subscribes and verifies employment earns you extra reward points.
 
  Complete all surveys, questionnaires, suggestion forms, and ethics action reports accurately, completely and truthfully.
 
  Provide supporting documentation for all Ethics Action Reports (EAR) by attaching an electronic copy of the supporting documentation in the Ethics Action Report form, or by e-mail or fax. Please include your user e-mail address and EAR number.



  Incomplete surveys, questionnaires and suggestion forms will not earn you any rewards points.
 
  Willfully and intentionally providing inaccurate, misleading, false, or misinformation will result in the loss of all rewards points earned to-date.
 
  Providing inaccurate or misleading information.
 
  Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to complete surveys, questionnaires, suggestion forms or ethics action reports will result in the loss of all rewards points earned to-date.
 
  Completing surveys, questionnaires, suggestion forms and ethics action reports for a publicly traded company that you do not work for or have never worked for will result in the loss of all rewards points earned to-date.






  The Investor Protection Act expands the authority of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to award employees up to $300,000 for every $1m in sanctions issued for providing information about the questionable business practices of executives.
